If you have a query relating to a booking you have made before you travel, we recommend you contact the fleet directly via their contact details provided on the app or website in your “Journeys” section. Please note that you have to be logged in to see this.

If you have an issue relating to a past journey or other account related issues, please contact Customer service at enquiry@kabbee.com. You can email us at any time of the day or night, 365 days a year. We endeavour to answer all email enquires within 48 hours.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged for a journey, please email details directly to enquiry@kabbee.com quoting your booking reference number.

For other feedback please contact feedback@kabbee.com. We strive to make our service as good as possible and rely on your feedback and ratings. All feedback is feedback to our fleets and affects the star rating which is shown on the quotes page.

If you have a query related to payments, please contact payments@kabbee.com

For any other issues, including discussing partnering with Kabbee, fleets should contact fleets@kabbee.com.
